All custom orders require a 50% deposit due at the time of ordering. Any order less than 3 weeks from its completion date requires full payment at the time of ordering.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the order is scheduled to be picked up or delivered. Due to the nature, of our products, all orders must be paid in full before the order is started. A quote is not an order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged. We accept all major credit cards. We currently do not accept checks as a form of payment. The address will be on your invoice receipt. We are a home business in Pearland, TX

We strongly encourage all orders to be placed at least two weeks in advance. However, we understand that things do happen where last minute orders are necessary. If we are able to accommodate your order the full balance is due at the time of ordering. A rush fee may be imposed if we are extremely busy.  We usually are able to accommodate without a rush fee. An order is considered rushed within 14 days of the order completion date. Please also note that due to our customer's safety and the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds.  However, our customers are usually very happy with the finished product. Providing details in the ordering process allows us to keep making products that our customers love and enjoy. Please note we will make your design as close as possible to the image you provide. However, we reserve the right to artist expression based on our own interpretation of the image you provide. All of our products contain or have contact with dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. Once the customer receives their cake or dessert they are fully responsible for any damage that occurs to their cake or dessert. We strongly recommend that you place your cake on a flat surface during transport and drive safely avoiding high speeds, bumps in the road, and hard turns. We also recommend that you turn on your air conditioner to and from picking your custom cake and desserts.
